With due respect. I want to inform you that my father went to India for his treatment. So, I could not pay my tuition fees for  last three months .For this reason my name has been struck of from the rolls. However, he is now back home and I would like to pay  my tuition fees with fine.

I, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to pass necessary orders to  the office  for  my  re - admission  and oblige me thereby .
