 Sir, 

With due respect ,I beg to inform you that  my father has been ill for sevarel months . He went to abroad last month for his treatment .For that reason , I could not pay my tution fees for the month of the April in time.

I therefore, pray and hope that you would kindly remit the delay fine and recieve the usual fees only.
