It Keeps away our diseases and we need to exercise regularly if we want to keep the body in perfect shape.On the other hand, who does not take physical exercise regularly cannot build up a good health.There are different kinds of physical exercises. Walking, swimming, running, racing is some good forms of exercises. Plays like football, cricket, badminton, tennis, hockey, volleyball are also good exercises for our health.We must remember that not all exercises are suitable for all. We should practice which will suit us best.Early morning is the best time for exercise.It helps to develop the growth of different organs of the body properly. Without physical exercise no one can enjoy a good health.We cannot think of a sound mind without a sound body. So we should take regular physical exercise in order to maintain sound health and lead a happy life.
