With due respect and humble submission beg to state that I am a student of class ..... of your  school.

My father is a Government employee. Recently, he has been transfered from Dhaka to Rajshahi.My family will be shifted there soon.I have to go with my family. As a result, it is impossible for me to continue my study in your reputed school. I need transfer certificate to be admitted in new school. 

I have no pending dues and clean everything With the library department.

 

I therefore, pray and hope that you would kindly grant my application and issue me a transfer certificate and oblige there by.
