Food Pyramid
A food pyramid is a pyramid-shaped food list of different food groups. It tell us how much of each food group we should eat.in this chart ,food groups are shown from the bottom to the top of the pyramid. Rice, Root, Bread, Potato, etc. are placed at the bottom. They are produced from grain. We should eat them much because they give us energy. Then in the next group, there are some fresh fruits and vegetables .We must eat them regularly. They have vitamins .They help our eyes and health. On the next level, there are fish meat, dairy products, beans and lentils. They contain huge protein and keep our body strong.Dairy products help our teeth and bones. Fat and oil are at the top of the food pyramid. these make food delicious, but our body does not need much of them. Thus food pyramid can help us to make our choice about food. So, everybody should follow the chart of the Food Pyramid.
